Was Luther "Living His Truth"? Responding to The Rest is History…

If you’re a regular podcast listener, chances are you’ve come across the hugely successful ‘The Rest is History Podcast’ hosted by Tom Holland and Dominic Sandbrook. You may have seen/heard that they recently did a series on Martin Luther, which was thought provoking (and potentially exciting that they were exposing a huge number of people to the life and ministry of Luther!)

There was plenty of helpful content in the episodes, but I was not along in being left thinking, they’d misrepresented Luther in some important ways - and not really got into the objective realities of justification by faith that were so important and defining for him.
